Isiniwalat ngayon ni House Deputy Minority Leader at ACT Teachers Party-list Representative Antonio Tinio na may bahid ng iregularidad ang ₱4.35 billion pesos na flood control projects sa Davao City noong 2019 hanggang 2022.
Ayon kay Tinio, base ito sa mga data na nakuha nila sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) at mga budget documents.
Sabi ni Tinio, nakitaan ng red flags ang 80 kontrata mula sa 121 kontrata ng flood control projects sa Davao at Matina Rivers.
