Pagpatuman sa RIATF border guidelines mag-agad sa LGU

Davao City – Giklaro sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG)-XI nga magdepende sa Local Government Unit (LGU) ang pagpatuman sa Regional Border Control Guidelines nga gipagawas kagahapong adlawa (Mayo 4, 2021) sa Regional Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (RIATF-EID)-XI ug Regional Task Force Against COVID-19-XI.

Matud ni DILG-XI Regional Director ug RIATF Chair, Alex Roldan, ang LGU ang mag-isyu sa Executive Order (EO) ug magtakda sa petsa kung kanus-a ipatuman ang nahisgutang guidelines pinaagi usab sa koordinasyon sa RTF COVID-19-XI.

“The LGUs are going to implement it.. therefore ang exec. order ng mayors ang mag set ng date.. the IATF is just there to set the guidelines… ang implementation is with the LGU which is coordinated by the RTF-COVID-19,” pamahayag ni Roldan.

Subay sa gipagawas nga Joint RIATF-RTF-XI Resolution No. 01 Series of 2021 sa RIATF-EID-XI ug RTF Against COVID-19-XI, kinahanglan nga magpresenta og negative RT-PCR (reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) test result sulod sa 72 hours, ang mga returning residents nga non-APOR (Authorized Person Outside of Residence) ug non-residents nga mosulod for leisure purposes, gawas pa sa resort booking confirmation ug StaySafe.PH application.

Sa mga non-residents sa Davao Region nga adunay essential travel, kinahanglan lamang magpresenta og bisan asa sa musunod: proof of appointment, medical prescription/referral o ubang dokumento nga magpakita sa proof of transaction.

Pipila sa gikonsiderang APOR mao ang health and emergency frontline services ug uniformed personnel, government official and employees on official travel and official business, duly-authorized humanitarian assistance actors, persons traveling for medical or humanitarian reasons, mga indibidwal padulong ug gikan sa airport, naga-uli tungod sa trabaho o negosyo, ug mga utility vehicle operators.
