Giila ang dinakpan nga si Ramel Quimpan Sepi, 30 anyos, mag-uuma, ug residenti sa Purok 8, Brgy. Tigao, Cortes, Surigao del Sur.
Nadakpan si Sepi sa tinugyanan sa Cortes Municipal Police Station kauban ang 2nd Surigao del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company sa ilang gimuntar nga checkpoint.
Nakuha gikan sa iyang posisyon ang itom nga sling bag nga adunay sulod usa ka nunit sa EDGA caliber. 45 pistol, duha ka magazine ug 13 ka bala
Seized from him were one black sling bag, one unit EDGE caliber .45 pistol, two magazines of caliber .45, and 13 ammunition of caliber .45.
Upon verification, it was found out that said person has a pending Warrant of Arrest issued by Presiding Judge Edwin M Malazarte, Regional Trial Court, 11th Judicial Region, Branch 40, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur for Murder docketed under Criminal Case Number 7933-19 dated October 15, 2019 with no bail recommended.
Arrested person and confiscated items are now under the custody of Cortes MPS for proper disposition (with reports archer capadeso/ivy falcone).
