Binuksan na ang kauna-unahang Public Health Center sa labas ng Metro Manila dito sa Pangasinan.

Matatagpuan sa Region 1 Medical Center Annex sa Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City, ito ang kauna-unahang Center for Disease Prevention and Control sa lalawigan at nais pang mapalawig ayon kay DOH Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire.

Ang Public Health Center ay naglalaman ng Gender and Development Office, Hospital Epidemiologist Center, Public Health Unit, Women and Children Protection Unit at ilan pang mga laboratoryo. |𝙞𝙛𝙢𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙨
