Ayon kay PMA Spokesperson Lt. Col Rey Balido ang mga ito ay sina Cavalier Dominggo Palisoc Jr, ng PMA class 1984 na binigyan Parangal for Oustanding Performance in Command and Administration.
Cavalier Benjamin Madrigal Jr. ng PMA class 1985 for oustanding performance in Command Administration.
Cavalier Robert Arevalo ng PMA class 1985 for oustanding performance in staff functions.
Cavalier Ronald Anthony Go ng PMA Class 1985 for outstanding accomplishment in Private Enterprise.
Cavalier Eugenio Boquio ng PMA class 1992 for oustanding performance in Army Operations.
Cavalier Jonnel Estomo ng PMA class of 1992 for oustanding performance in police operations.
Cavalier Juario Marayag ng PMA class 1993 for oustanding performance in Naval Operations.
Cavalier Loreto Pasamonte ng PMA class 1993 for oustanding perfomance in Air Operations.
Cavalier Hostilo Arturo Cornelio ng PMA class 1995 for oustanding perfomance in Coastguard operations.
Cavalier Dennis Guillermo for oustanding performance in special operations.
Habang nakatanggap naman ng lifetime achievement award si Cavalier Rodolfo Biazon ng PMA class 1961.
Sinabi naman ni Cavalier Melchor Rosales ang Chairman ng Philippine Military Academy Alumni Association Incorporated na piniling mabuti ang mga binigyan ng parangal.
Aniya bawat unit ay nagsumite ng mga pangalan sa Award Committee ng PMAAAI para mapasama sa mga pagpipilian.
Ang mga pangunahing criteria aniya ng isang Cavalier awardee ay ang kakaibang skills, leadership at dapat ay nanatili ang mga katangiang mayroon ang PMA katulad ng courage loyalty at integrity.
