Hongkong- Nagpangayo sang pasaylo si P-Rodrigo Duterte sa natabo nga tourist hostage crisis sadtong Agosto 2010 nga ginkamatay sang walo ka mga turista halin sa Hong Kong.
Sa pag-atubang sini sa Filipino community sa Hong Kong, ginsiling ni Duterte nga hantop sa iya tagipusuon bilang Presidente sang Pilipinas, pormal siya nga nagapangayo sang pasaylo sa amo nga insidente.
“To the Chinese people who are here, from the bottom of my heart, as President of Republic of the Philippines, may I apologize formally to you now. We are sorry the incident happened, as humanly possible, I would like to guarantee this will never happen again. This will go along way to really assuage the feelings of the Chinese people.”
