Samtang, ni-surrender usab sa 89th IB ang usa ka Sadyao Abay Man-aning, 65-anyos, resident sa Barangay Cayaga, San Fernando, Bukidnon, ug miyembro sa Milisyang Bayan ilawom sa SRC5, SRGU, uban sa iyang US Garand Rifle.
