Batay sa 1st Quarter 2021 report ng Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB) ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), 94.7% ng mga negosyo at establisyimento sa NCR at sumusunod sa COVID-19 health protocols.
Mula sa 1,077 business establishments na ininspeksyon, 931 ang compliant habang 89 ang pinatawan ng Request for Corrective Action (RCA).
May ilan sa mga establishments ang walang mandatory contact tracing o health declaration forms, thermal scanner, ilan sa mga manggagawa ang hindi nakasuot ng kanilang face masks at face shields at ang ilan ay hindi nasusunod ang one-meter physical distancing.
