“We intend to file. We have the NBI to investigate the Bikoy saga, who are the responsible perpetrators, who are the people behind the fake, malicious publication. We are now studying how we can proceed against Youtube itself, and I understand Youtube is owned by google but we will have to study the facts first before we can proceed against the publisher of google and youtube,” sumala ni Madrid.
