Sinabitan na ng kanyang pangatlong estrella si Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Inspector General Lieutenant Gen. Nemecio Gacal at pangalawang estrella si AFP Spokesperson Major General Edgard Arevalo sa Donning of Ranks Ceremony kahapon sa Camp Aguinaldo.
Pinangunahan mismo ni AFP Chief of Staff General ang Donning Ceremony sa General Headquarters ng AFP.
Bago naging AFP Inspector General si Lieutenant General Gacal ay nagsilbi bilang Commander ng 4th Infantry Division ng Philippine Army sa Eastern Mindanao at naglingkod din bilang Commander ng 402nd Infantry “Stinger” Brigade noong 2016.
Si AFP Spokesperson MGen. Edgard Arevalo na kasalukuyang Commander ng AFP Education Training and Doctrine Command (AFPETDC), ay naging Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff for Civil-Military Operations (CMO) at Acting Commander at Deputy Commander ng Civil Relations Service, AFP.
Si Lt. Gen. Gacal ay miyembro ng PMA “Maringal” Class of 1988, habang si MGen. Arevalo ay mula sa PMA “Bigkis-lahi” Class of 1990.
