Si Deputy Director General Ramon Apolinario ang magatal-os kay PNP Chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa nga manugretiro na sa Enero 21, 2018 sa iya pagtungtong sa mandatory retirement age nga 56.
Ini ang ginpahayag ni Supt. Ercy Nanette Tomas, legal officer of the PNP Center for Police Strategic Management, kadungan sang 3rd PNP National Advisory Council Summit sa Waterfront Hotel and casino.
“Good news, the President has announced Sir Apol will be the next PNP chief,” ang pahayag ni Tomas.
Pila man ka programa nga gintabungan sang mataas nga opisyal sang PNP ang nagwelcome kay Apolinario bilang incoming PNP Chief.
