Nagisa ang Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) sa pagtalakay ng budget sa plenaryo dahil sa mababang performance nito.
Puna ni Senate Majority Leader Migz Zubiri, tila bumaba ang mga kaso at reklamo na nireresolba ng ARTA dahil batay sa mga natanggap na reklamo, lumakas ulit ang red tape sa burukrasya.
Sinabi ng senador na nawala ang takot sa ARTA kaya kumukupad na naman ang pagproseso ng mga dokumento at tumatagal ang pagre-release ng mga permits.
Ayon kay Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, ibinabahagi ng ARTA ang kanilang best practices subalit wala silang shame campaign ngayon bagay na ipinarerekonsidera sa ARTA.
Samantala, inilabas naman ng ARTA ang listahan ng sampung ahensya na may pinakamaraming reklamo mula Enero hanggang Agosto 2025, kabilang dito ang mga sumusunod:
