“No comment muna”
Ito ang tugon ni Atty. Larry Gadon matapos ibasura ng Supreme Court ang kaniyang petisyon na maka-access sa Statements of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) ni Associate Justice Marvic Leonen.
Nauna rito, ipinalalabas nina Gadon at ng Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) ang SALN ni Leonen para sa quo warranto petition, tulad ng ginawa at ginamit upang matanggal sa pwesto si former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Sa column ni dating Ambassador Rigoberto Tiglao sa isang pahayagan, bigo umanong maghain ng kaniyang SALN si Leonen noong nagtatrabaho pa siya bilang faculty ng University of the Philippines taong 1989 at bilang Vice President for Legal Affairs noong 2005 at UP Law School Dean noong 2008.
