A bettor from Balagas, Batangas City won ₱46,546,547.80 in the Lotto 6/42 drawn last October 17, 2024, with the winning combination 20-04-30-01-09-07.
He shared that he decided to pass by a lotto outlet near his workplace and place a bet on random numbers.
The winner said he plans to use the jackpot prize to start a business and allocate the rest to savings.
In claiming prizes, winners must sign the back of the winning ticket, provide two valid government IDs for verification, and comply with the 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00 under the TRAIN Law.
According to RA 1169, winners have one year from the draw date to claim their prize at the PCSO Main Office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, otherwise it would be forfeited to form part of the Charity Fund.
Prizes over P10,000.00 can be claimed only at the PCSO Main Office.
The Lotto 6/42 draw is held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9 PM, with live telecasts on PTV-4 and the PCSO Official Facebook Page.
