Muntinlupa City – Dumepensa ang Bureau of Corrections sa isyu ng ligal sa detention ng high profile inmates sa New Bilibid Prisons sa Muntinlupa City.
Partikular dito ang isyu ng paglalagay sa high profile inmates sa Building 14, sa halip na sa maximum compound.
Ayon kay Bureau of Corrections Director General Benjamin Delos Santos, ang paglalagay nila sa detention facilities sa mga bilanggo ay base sa bigat ng sentensya.
Nanindigan din si Delos Santos na mas mahigpit ang seguridad sa Building 14, kaysa sa maximum compound dahil may signal jammer sa Building 14.
