CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON APRIL 15
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that, maintenance activities will be conducted on April 15, Sunday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follow:
Date: April 15, 2018 – Sunday
Reasons:
· Final tapping and installation of Air-Break Switch mechanism;
· Uprating of 69kV protection of 20MVA Mt. View substation and feeders;
· Preventive Maintenance Servicing of 10MVA and 20MVA power transformer;
· Replacement of rotten poles covering Mt. View Feeders 1 to 5, Mt. View substation, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City;
· Isolation of lateral of Mt. View 69kV transmission line; and
· Opening of Bacolod-Silay 69kV Breaker.
