Nag-anunsyo ang COMELEC ng bagong schedule para sa voter registration sa overseas voters kaugnay ng idadaos na May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections.
Ayon kay Commission on Elections-Office for Overseas Voting (OFOV) Director Sonia Bea Wee-Lozada, ang mga aplikasyon sa pagpapatala ay maaaring isumite
kada Lunes hanggang Biyernes alas-8 ng umaga hanggang alas singko ng hapon sa mga sumusunod na local field registration centers:
• COMELEC-OFOV, Ground Floor, Palacio del Gobernador Building, General Luna St, Intramuros, Manila
• Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)—Aseana, Bradco Avenue cor. Macapagal Boulevard, Aseana Business Park, Parañaque
• Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), Blas F. Ople Building, Ortigas Avenue cor. EDSA, Mandaluyong
• Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), SM Manila Satellite Office, Almeda- Lopez cor. A. Villegas and 1000 San Marcelino St, Ermita, Manila
Ang mga magpapatala sa COMELEC-OFOV ay kailangan munang magpa-set ng appointment sa pamamagitan ng email na ipapadala sa overseasvoting@comelec.gov.ph o di kaya ay magpadala ng direct message via Facebook Messenger sa link na nakapost sa Office for Overseas Voting PH Facebook Page (fb.com/overseasvotingph).

Ang mga Filipino na tutungo sa ibayong-dagat mula April 10 hanggang May 9, 2022 ay maaaring mag-register bilang overseas voters.
Ang mga magdi-dise otso anyos naman sa araw ng halalan na wala sa Pilipinas isang buwan bago ang eleksyon ay kwalipikadong magparehistro bilang overseas voters
Ang huling araw ng pagpa-file ng applications para sa registration bilang overseas voters ay sa September 30, 2021.
