Ang nasabing kompetisyon ay Nilahukan ng nineteen (19) PNP Uniformed at isang (1) Non-Uniformed Personnel. Mula sa Bayan ng Balungao inuwi ni SPO1 Onofre Ramiscal ang titulong ‘Singing Police’ matapos awitin ang kantang Too Much Love Will Kill You.
