Human gisipa ang mga opisyales sa Presidential Commission on the Urban poor (PCUP), pormal na nga gi-anunsyo karong adlawa ang labing ulahing pagtangtang sa pwesto sa kontrobersyal nga presidente sa Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).
Matud sa mga tinubdan sa palasyo sa Malacañang, gitaktak sa pwesto si Atty. Elba Cruz gumikan sa daghanang mga akusasyon sa gi-alegar nga dili maayo niyang kadumalahan sa maong ahensiya.
Pipila sa mga akusasyon kontra kang Cruz mao ang “gross violation of civil service rules and regulations, designation of employees with questionable background and civil standards, displacement of plantilla-based personnel, procedural and administrative lapses, unclear leadership directions, and various complaints from demoralized employees.”
