Magsusumite ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) sa cabinet ng isang Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) ukol sa applications para sa land conversion.
Ayon kay DAR Secretary John Castriciones – posibleng makapagpasa sila ng memo sa March 4 at ipi-prisenta nila ito kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ilang beses na ring nagpulong ang Inter-Agency Task Force na binuo ng Pangulo bilang pagsunod sa mandatong paikliin at pabilisin ang land conversion process mula sa 24 na buwan ay magiging 30 araw na lang.
Ang application process para sa land use conversion mula sa agricultural patungong residential, commercial o industrial use ay tututukan ng DAR, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Agriculture (DA), Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, National Housing Authority (NHA) at Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC).
