May kaugnayan ito sa P6.4-billion drug shipment na nailusot sa Bureau of Customs mula sa China.
Bukod sa drug case,sinampahan din si Faeldon at ang kanyang mga dating tauhan ng graft at obstruction of justice
Kabilang sa co-respondents ni Faeldon sina Customs Directors Milo Maestrecampo at Neil Anthony Estrella; intelligence officers Joel Pinawin at Oliver Valiente; Manila International Container Port District collector lawyer Vincent Phillip Maronilla; lawyer Jeline Maree Magsuci; at Customs employees Alexandra Ventura, Randolph Cabansag, Dennis Maniego, Dennis Cabildo at John Edillor.
Sinampahan din ng PDEA ng illegal drugs importation charges ang sinasabing importers at facilitators ng shabu shipment sina Chen Ju Long ,Manny Li, Kenneth Dong, Mark Taguba II, Teejay Marcellana, Eirene May Tatad, Emily Dee, Chen I-Min, Jhu Ming Jyun at Chen Rong Juan.
