Kasalukuyang nasa Office of the Ombudsman ngayong umaga si dating Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan 1st District Assistant Engineer Brice Hernandez.
Matapos na ipa-subpoena ang engineer para sa gagawing clarificatory interview para sa fact-finding investigation para sa anomalya sa flood control project na ipinatupad ng DPWH Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office.
Nakabatay ito sa Section 13, Article XI ng 1987 Philippine Constitution at Section 15 ng Republic Act No. 6770 o The Ombudsman Act of 1989, kung saan inatasan ng opisina ang isang indibidwal na humarap sa General Investigation Bureau-B, Field Investigation Office I sa Quezon City.
