Giila ni Police Major Jake Goles, Sasa Police Station Commander ang suspek nga si JOSE DE GRACIA SANTERO, 40 anyos, drayber ug residente sa Sarmiento, Panacan, Davao City.
Ang suspek nag-atubang og kasong 2 counts Acts of Lasciviousness, Sexual Assault, Rape by Carnal Knowledge ug Lascivious conduct ilawom sa Sec 5(B) sa R.A. 7610.
Gisilbi sa suspek ang warrant of arrest nga gipakanaog ni RTC Branch 12 Judge DANTE BAGUIO niadtong September 30, 2022 nga adunay girekomendar nga pyansang P180,000 sa Acts of Lasciviousness, P200,000 sa Sexual Assault, walay bail sa Rape by Carnal Knowledge samtang P200,000 sa Lascivious conduct sa Sec 5(B) of R.A. 7610.
