Malampuson nga gilusad sa Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) ang Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (PAHP) program nga usa ka high value vegetable production gamit ang natural nga pamaagi sa pagpanguma didto sa Barangay Upper Irasan, lungsod sa Roxas ning probinsya.
Ang Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (PAHP) program usa ka kini ka panagkurambos pinaagi sa pagpaningkamot sa government’s anti-poverty sectors uban sa DAR isip lead agency.
Ang mga kauban nga ahensya gilangkuban kini sa Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD), Department of Agriculture (DA),Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Eastwest Seed Company, Inc ,Food and Agriculture Organizations (FAO) and the World Food Program (WFP).
Gibutyag ni Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO) Arturo N. Soria nga nagmando ang DAR nga pakusgon ang agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) isip producers and suppliers sa organic high value vegetables aron ang mga mag-uuma economically stable ug mapa-uswag ang pamaagi sa ilang kinabuhi.
Gidugang usab ni TASS Chief Engr. Alfonso A. Tan nga ang una nilang tumong mao ang paghatag sa essential social and economic services aron mawala na ang kagutom ug maminusan ang kalisod ilabi na sa mga rural area nga kung diin ang DAR naka tutok sa ilang kahinguhaan ug sa support services interventions.
Ang natural vegetable production sa Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (PAHP) program makabenipisyo niini ang 40 ka mag-uuma sa nahisgutan nga barangay.
