Inilunsad ngayong araw ng Department of Education (DepEd) ang Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) Command Center.
Layunin ng OBE Public Assistance Command Center na mapadali ang pagbibigay ng tugon sa mga susulpot na problema sa mga paaralan sa pagbubukas ng klase sa Lunes, August 22.
Kabilang dito ang agarang virtual assistance sa publiko sa pagsagot sa mga katanungan, alalahanin, reklamo, at paglilinaw tungkol sa pagbubukas ng klase.
Ayon kay Assistant Secretary for Governance and Field Operations, at OBE co-chairperson Atty. Revsee Escobedo, maaring tumawag sa mga sumusunod na mga hotlines nito (8638-1663, 8633-1942, 8638-7530, 8638-7531, 8635-9817, 8634-0222, 8638-8641); tumawag at mag-text sa 0919-456-0027 para sa Smart at 0995-921-8461 para sa Globe; sa pamamagitan ng email sa depedactioncenter@deped.gov.ph; at mga mensahe sa Facebook sa DepEd Philippines.
Inatasan ni Vice President at Education Secretary Sara Duterte ang mga regional offices at schools division office na mag-set up din ng kanilang command centers sa pamamagitan ng Public Affairs Unit ng DepEd.
Kabilang sa mga ahensyang katuwang sa Oplan Balik Eskwela ay ang Department of Health, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Transportation (DOTr), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), at ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
Siniguro naman ng Philippine National Police (PNP) at Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang mahigpit na seguriad at kaayusan ng mga lansangan sa pagbabalik-eskwela.
