Matud sa Alkalde, bisan og gipangandaman na sa syudad ang COVID-19 vaccination, importante gihapon nga magpalapad ang testing capacity batok Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) aron nga makontrola o mahunong ang pagkatag sa virus.
Padayong ginaatiman ang mga COVID-19 patients sa mga Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facilities (TTMFs) sa syudad kung kini magpositibo sa RT-PCR test nga maoy ginagamit sa Local Government Unit (LGU) Davao.
“While we are set to receive COVID-19 vaccines, increasing testing capacity in order to yield results at a faster turnaround time remains most crucial, for it is the only way to identify confirmed cases and provide them with immediate medical attention they need, and commence contact tracing efforts to arrest the spread of the virus,” matud sa Mayor.
Nahimong posible ang maong donasyon pinaagi sa pagpaningkamot sa Department of Tourism (DOT)-XI sa pangpanguna ni Regional Director Ms. Tanya Rabat-Tan.
