Nagsimula nang mamahagi ng face mask ang Department of Transportations (DOTr) sa mga ospital, health workers, at mga frontliners ng gobyerno.
Ayon kay DOTr Secretary Arthur Tugade, nasa 150,000 pirasong mga face mask ang libreng ipamimigay ng kanilang ahensya.
Mabibigyan ng libreng face mask ang ospital ng Medical Center Manila, Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, San Lazaro Hospital, Philippine General Hospital, Lung Center of the Philippines, National Kidney and Transplant Institute, Perpetual Help Medical Center, Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, The Medical City – Ortigas, at UST Hospital.
Kasama rin sa makakatanggap ng free face mask ang DOTr Emergency Operations Center, DOTr Central Office, DOTr MRT-3, Office for Transportation Security, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Philippine Coast Guard, Manila International Airport Authority, Philippine Ports Authority, at ang Land Transportation Office.
Kabilang din ang Philippine National Police – Highway Patrol Group na tumutulong sa pagpapatupad ng Enhanced Community Quarantine sa buong Luzon.
