Davao City – Gitahod ni Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Secretary Jesus Dureza ang baruganan ni Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio diha sa pagbanhaw sa hinabing pangkalinaw.
Kini maoy iyang tubag sa pangutana sa mga tigbalita kaniya kalabot sa panawagan sa alkalde ngadto kang Presidente Rodrigo Duterte nga i-reconsider ang iyang desisyon sa pagabli og negosasyon tali sa National Democratic Front of the Philippines kun NDFP.
“We are not against each other, in fact we welcome those statements because it also provides perhaps a more vigilant environment as we continue with the negotiations,” sumala ni Dureza.
Matud ni Dureza adunay katungod ang mayor kung unsay para sa kaayuhan sa iyang mga katawhan.
“She has a task to do as mayor to protect the citizenry of Davao and I have the task also to follow the president’s directive to resume negotiations,” sumala ni Dureza.
Segun ni Dureza gihatagan na sila ni Government Peace Panel Chief Negotiator Silvestre Bello III ug mando sulod sa 60 diyas aron sugdan ang peace negotiation.
Gibutyag niiini nga gipaspasan na nila ang ilang trabaho tungod kay matud sa presidente kini na ang ulahing kahigayanunan nga makig-istorya ang gobyerno sa NPA.
