Malalaman na ng mga manggagawa at employer ang labor rights at responsibilities sa pamamagitan ng Labor and Employment Education Services (LEES) e-Learning Portal.
Ayon sa Department of Labor Employment (DOLE), nagtatag ang Bureau of Labor Relations (BLR) ang isang online portal na layong magbigay kaalaman sa mga manggagawa at employers para mapanatili ang maayos na labor-management relationships.
Ang online portal ay nag-aalok ng dalawang free courses, ang Basic Labor at Employment Education Course at ang Comprehensive Course on Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining.
Ang Basic Labor and Employment Education Course ay tatalakayin ang mga paksang may kaugnayan sa pre-employment, employment at post-employment, maging ang mga proseso na may kinalaman sa entrepreneurship at professional practice.
Ang Comprehensive Cource on Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining ay layong palakasin ang kapasidad ng multi-sectoral stakeholders para sa epektibong pagpapatupad ng Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining principles sa Pilipinas.
