“Congratulations Iloilo Hotels, Restaurant and Resorts Association (IHRRA) for a successful opening of this year’s Dinagyang IHRRA Food Festival 2018.
I also would like to commend the IHRRA for a well planned and organized set up of the stalls/kiosks, the street is well lighted and the place is clean and well-maintained.
