Aabot sa halos isang bilyong pisong hindi nabayarang buwis ang hinahabol ng BIR sa naturang respondents.
Kabilang sa mga kinasuhan ang mga opisyal ng SRGM Trading, Norwegian Star Corp., Allianz marketing and publishing Corp. , FVE Transpory Company, Princess Sapphire Corp., Micah Motor Inc.
Hinahabol din ng BIR ang mga opisyal ng Sy Industrial Corp. , Altomech Enterprises Inc., Energitech Industrial Corp., AQA global construction inc., Redsilver Concepts Trading Corp., Carels Pharmaceutical Inc. at Junsui Electromech Inc.
