Davao City – Giawhag karon sa Pnp Davao City Internal Affairs Service (IAS) ang pamilya ni kanhi Brgy.Pangyan Kapitan Antonio Guatno nga muduol sa ilang buhatan ug mupasaka og kaso.
Sa interbyu sa DXDC RMN Davao kang Supt. Amy Fiel sa CIAS nga kung diskumpyado ug wala nakauyon ang tagtungod sa napusil patay nga kanhi kapitan sa gikasang operasyon abli ang buhatan sa IAS aron muasister kanila.
“We are encouraging the family and relatives of Brgy. Captain Guatno to file a case if ever they are not contented and convinced with the procedures conducted by the police operatives. They are free to come to our office and file administrative case against those police officers,” matud ni Fiel.
Gibutyag ni Fiel nga kasamtangang nihimo sila og moto propio investigation sa kaso ni Guatno aron masayran kung una ba kining nakapabuto sa iyang armas, kung nisubay ba sa Police Operational Procedure kun POP ang mga personahe sa Davao City CIDG Field Unit, Regional Mobile Force Batallion XI ug Regional Intelligence kinsa nag-operate sa OPLAN Paglalansag Omega niadtong Mayo 13.
“If ever the family is not decided, the CIAS will still continue to file a case against the police operatives,” sumala ni Fiel.
Gipasalig sa CIAS nga mamahimong patas ang ilang himuong imbestigasyon.
“We stand for fair and equality both sa respondents and sa complainant. Kahit private complaint pa iyan basta involved ang police imbestigahan talaga imbestigahan talaga natin iyan. Hindi namin gustong madumihan ang aming hanay,” sumala ni Fiel.
