Ang Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Zamboanga del norte Chapter, nagmugna ug annual General Assembly ug gipahigayon ang first Pillar of Justice Assessment Program (PJAP).
Tumong niini mao ang dungan nga survey uban sa tanang chapter sa IBP sa tibuok nasud, samtang dinhi sa atong probinsya didto kini gipahigayon dili palang dugay sa St. La Salle Building, DMC College Foundation.
Ang membro sa PJAP survey niini mi abalo sa Judges, labor arbiter, City/Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Public Attorney’s Office, Parole and Probation Office, Bureau of Jail Management & Penology. Gihinganlan ang mga judges nga mga exemplary ug kadtong nagkinahanglan ug mehoras, ug mga rekomendado nga abogado ngadto sa Judiaciary.
Ang resulta sa confidential survey gamiton kini para sa pasidungog, recognition, incentives, remedial measures, ug disciplinary action pinaagi sa Supreme Court ug uban pang ahensya sa gobyerno.
Ang maong survey gipangunahan kini sa IBP Board of Governors ug aprobado sa House of Delegates.
Ang chapter officers mitaho sa financial status sa maong chapter, gipahibalo usab ang umaabot nga aktibidad sama sa Western Mindanao Regional Convention, Sports Fest, ang Bench and Bar Dialogue; ug sa pagpaminaw sa mga kabalaka sa membro.
Ang maong panagtapok gihisgutan usab kung unsaon para adunay pondo; pag adopt sa minimum fees para sa legal services ug pagpahibalo sa Chapter membership card nga nagtanyag ug diskwento sa mga magpapatigayon.
Mo sobra sa 20 ka membro ang me representa sa bench and the bar, gitambongan ang maong General assembly nila ni Judge Jose Rene Dondoyano sa Regional Trial Court Branch 6, ug Prosecutor Gabino Saavedra II gikan sa Provincial Prosecutor’s Office.
