Aabot sa 18,000 Social Amelioration Card (SAC) forms ng mga benepisyaro ng second tranche ng Social Amelioration Program (SAP) ang hindi pa nai-a-upload ng Local Government Units (LGU).
Nasa 70,000 pangalan pa ng SAP 2 beneficiaries ang hindi pa nabeberipika.
Ito ang ibinigay na dahilan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) kung bakit bigo silang makumpleto ang pamamahagi ng SAP 2.
Sa pagdinig ng House Committee on Appropriation, sinabi ni DSWD Undersecretary Danilo Pamonag na sinisikap nilang maipaabot ang emergency cash subsidies sa 4.1 million family-beneficiaries.
“We are very optimistic that we will be able to serve all beneficiaries in due time as necessary documentary requirements are now being processed at the Centra Office for the subsequent transfer to all target beneficiaries through our FSPs or either through direct cash payout,” ani Pamonag.
Sinabi naman ni DSWD Secretary Rolando Bautista na nasa 82.7 billion pesos budget para sa second tranche ang kanilang naipamahagi sa 13.8 million sa pamamagitan ng direct payout at digitan payment o nasa 97% na ang kanilang completion rate.
Nasa ₱207.6 billion ang naipamahagi ng DSWD para sa first at second tranche ng SAP.
