Nagtakda ng ₱1 billion threshold ang mega task force ng Department of Justice (DOJ) para sa corruption activities na kanilang iimbestigahan.
Ayon kay Justice Undersecretary Emmeline Aglipay-Villar, iimbestigahan lamang nila ang mga corruption activities na nagkakahalaga lamang sa ₱1 billion o higit pa.
Ang mga ahensyang kanilang tututukan sa imbestigasyon ay Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Land Registration Authority (LRA), Bureau of Immigration (BI), Bureau of Customs (BOC) at Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).
Pero sinabi ni Villar na pagdedesisyunan pa kung anong mga aktibidad ang kanilang siyasatin.
Ang mega task force ng DOJ ay binubuo ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Office of the Special Assistant to the President (OSAP), Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC), National Prosecution Service (NPS), Office of Cybercrime (OOC) at Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
Iniimbitahan din ng DOJ ang Commission on Audit (COA), Civil Service Commission (CSC) at Office of the Ombudsman (OMB) na makipagtulungan sa task force.
