Iimbestigahan ngayong araw ng Senate Committee on Public Works ang epekto ng pananalasa ng Super Typhoon Carina at habagat.
Partikular na sisilipin dito ang nangyaring malawakang pagbaha sa Metro Manila at sa mga karatig-lugar sa kabila ng mga flood control projects ng pamahalaan.
Nauna rito ay nanawagan na ang mga senador na imbestigahan kung ano ang nangyari at saan napunta ang ₱244.57 billion na flood control project ngayong taon.
Kasama sa mga ipinatawag ni Committee Chairman Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. para humarap at magpaliwanag sa pagdinig ang mga sumusunod na ahensya:
