Nilinaw ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) na exempted mula sa travel ban ng United Kingdom ang inbound Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).
Ayon kay DOLE-Information and Publication Service (IPS) Director Rolly Francia, ang mga OFW na papasok sa UK ay hindi kasama sa travel restrictions.
Ang impormasyon aniya ay mula sa Philippine Labor Attache sa UK.
Pero ang UK-bound OFWs ay kailangang sumunod sa protocol ng host country.
Nabatid na isinama ng UK ang Pilipinas sa “red list” na ipapatupad bukas, April 9.
