Base sa ulat ng National Electrification Administration Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (NEA-DRRMD), kabilang sa Electric Cooperatives na nagtamo ng pinsala ay mula sa probinsya ng Quezon, Marinduque, Sorsogon, Masbate, Western Samar, Eastern Samar at Northern Samar.
Nagtamo ng pinakamatinding pinsala ang Northern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NORSAMELCO) na umabot sa ₱72.944-million.
Sinusundan ito ng Eastern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ESAMELCO), ₱55-million; Quezon I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (QUEZELCO I), ₱23.729-million; at Samar I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SAMELCO I), ₱6.476-million.
Naitala naman ang mga inisyal na pinsala ng Masbate Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MASELCO) na nasa ₱6.379-million; Quezon II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (QUEZELCO II), ₱3.375-million; Sorsogon I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SORECO I), ₱1.340-million; Marinduque Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MARELCO), ₱614,383; at Samar II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SAMELCO II), ₱356,199.
Labing-isa sa mga apektadong Electric Cooperatives ay bumalik na sa normal ang operasyon.
Nagpapatuloy naman ang power restoration activities sa mga sineserbisyuhan ng Camarines Sur I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CASURECO I), SORECO I, QUEZELCO I, QUEZELCO II, SAMELCO I, ESAMELCO at NORSAMELCO.
