Maging sa Chief Executive Officer Lynette Ortiz ng Land Bank of the Philippines, at President and Chief Executive Officer Michael de Jesus ng Development Bank of the Philippines.
Pirmado ni Bersamin ang memorandum order na may petsang October 12.
