Upang hindi malusutan ng kolorum, bubuo ang Department of Transportation (DOTr) ng Task Force PITX para sa agarang pagpapatupad ng traffic management at enforcement ng Inter-Agency Council on Traffic (I-ACT) sa paligid terminal.
Ang Task Force ay pangungunahan ni B/Gen. Manuel Gonzales, Assistant Secretary for DOTr Special Concerns at Chief for IACT Task Forces Mr. Elmer Argaño, Deputy Executive Director, I-ACT National.
Ang major agencies tulad ng MMDA, PNP-HPG, LTO, LTFRB, Toll Regulatory Board-Cavitex (TRB), Pasay/Parañaque LGUs at PITX security ay nagtalaga ng full time personnel, sa ilalim ng pamumuno ng I-ACT upang tiyakin ang tama at full utilization ng PITX, ang unang land port ng ating bansa.
Tatlong composite team ang bubuoin ng Task Force PITX na tatauhan ng 3 shift mula ala singko ng umaga hanggang alas onse ng gabi.
