Magadeklara sang nationwide martial law si president Rodrigo Duterte antes ang May 2019 midterm elections.
Ini ang paandam ni Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) Founding Chairman Jose Maria “Joma” Sison.
Ini agud mapasiguro ang kadalag-an sang iya mga allies sa politika suno kay Sison.
“Duterte himself and his innermost cabal are hell-bent on ensuring their stay in power through a presidential proclamation of martial law nationwide before the May 2019 midterm elections,” ang pahayag ni Sison paagi sa Facebook.
Suno kay Sison, posible ideklara ni Duterte ang nationwide martial sa Enero 2019 nga suno sa iya, “in order to ensure that they control and determine the results of the elections.”
Suno sa CPP founfer, nagakahangaw si Duterte sa resulta sang eleksyon nga mahimo ika-pierde sang iya mga kaalyado.
“He is worried to death that his candidates for the lower house and the Senate would be defeated by the opposition candidates and that there would be enough of the opposition in Congress to impeach him and try him for high crimes.”
Gindugang pa ni Sison nga ginagamit lang ni Duterte ang ginapahayag ouster plot agud majustify ang declaration sang martial law nationwide.
