Davao City – Giawhag sa Davao City Health Office ang publiko nga magpabakuna og anti-measles subay kini sa measles outbreak sa Luzon ug Visayas.
Segun ni CHO head Dra. Josephine Villafuerte nga bisan walay outbreak ang Davao angay nga magpa-immunized ang mga bata.
“All of the health centers in Davao are offering measles immunization for children, even those out of the target age. We even give vaccines to adults and institutions and offices,” sumala ni Villafuerte.
Matud niini nga libre ang bakuna alang sa tanan.
Gibutyag ni Villafuerte nga nikunhod ang kaso sa tipdas sa syudad niadtong Enero kung itandi sa susamang period niadtong 2018.
“As of February 4 this year, we have recorded only 45 cases of measles in Davao City. It has significantly dropped considering that January last year, we had 141 cases,” sumala niini.
