LANDBANK reaffirms governance excellence with top honors at 2025 GCG Awards

LANDBANK was recognized as one of the top awardees at the 2025 Governance Commission for Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GCG) Awards Ceremony, held on December 1, 2025, at the Sequoia Hotel in Parañaque City.

The Bank earned distinct accolades under both the Performance Evaluation System (PES) and the Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS), underscoring its steadfast commitment to exemplary governance and outstanding public service. The PES appraises the accomplishments of GOCCs based on rigorous performance criteria, while the CGS benchmarks governance initiatives against international best practices.

The event was led by GCG Chairperson Atty. Marius P. Corpus and Commissioner Atty. Geraldine Marie B. Berberabe-Martinez, together with Finance Undersecretary Rolando G. Tungpalan and former Senate President Franklin M. Drilon, principal author of Republic Act No. 10149, otherwise known as the GOCC Governance Act of 2011, as the keynote speaker.
