LANDBANK was recognized as one of the top awardees at the 2025 Governance Commission for Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GCG) Awards Ceremony, held on December 1, 2025, at the Sequoia Hotel in Parañaque City.
The Bank earned distinct accolades under both the Performance Evaluation System (PES) and the Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS), underscoring its steadfast commitment to exemplary governance and outstanding public service. The PES appraises the accomplishments of GOCCs based on rigorous performance criteria, while the CGS benchmarks governance initiatives against international best practices.
The event was led by GCG Chairperson Atty. Marius P. Corpus and Commissioner Atty. Geraldine Marie B. Berberabe-Martinez, together with Finance Undersecretary Rolando G. Tungpalan and former Senate President Franklin M. Drilon, principal author of Republic Act No. 10149, otherwise known as the GOCC Governance Act of 2011, as the keynote speaker.
Excellence across the LANDBANK group
LANDBANK’s culture of excellence extends to its subsidiaries, with LBP Leasing and Finance Corporation (LLFC) named also a Governance Scorecard awardee, while LANDBANK Countryside Development Foundation, Inc. (LCDFI) was recognized as a PES awardee.
“The recognition we have received at the 2025 GCG Awards is a clear reflection of the deeply embedded culture of integrity, accountability, and performance within LANDBANK. This honor reinforces our commitment to upholding the highest standards of governance as we continue to pursue our mission of serving the nation,” said LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz.

LANDBANK’s established legacy of governance excellence translates into tangible national benefits, as demonstrated by its consistent record-setting dividend remittances. After remitting ₱32.119 billion in 2024, the Bank has surpassed its own benchmark by declaring ₱33.5 billion in dividends to the National Government this year, supporting priority development projects.
From pioneering sustainable finance to empowering communities and exemplifying corporate conduct, LANDBANK continues to set the standard for public sector excellence, reinforcing its role as a reliable partner in driving inclusive and sustainable progress for all Filipinos.
