4th Runner-Up – Christy Moneva, Cabatuan National Comprehensive High School
3rd Runner-up – Tsina Jade Chu, University of the Philippines
2nd Runner-up – Irynee Jo Vilches, Iryne Jo Vilches, 17 anyos kag Senior High School student sang Guimaras State College
1st Runner-up – Janeen Dale Geroso, 2nd year BS Biology student sa Central Philippine University.
