Manila, Philippines – Hindi manghihimasok ang Palasyo ng Malacañang sa issue ng kahilingan na maging state witness si Janet Lim Napoles sa ikinasang pagbuhay sa imbestigasyon sa Priority Development Assistance Fund Scam.
Lumulutang kasi ang posibilidad na maging State Witness si Napoles sa nasabing kaso na pagdedesisyunan ng Department of Justice.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella, bahala na si Justice Secretary Vitallano Aguirre sa issue at alam aniya nila na gagawin ni Aguirre ang tamang hakbang patungkol sa kaso.
Sinabi din ni Abella na iginagalang nila ang opinion ni Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales na haharangin niya ang anomang hakbang para tumayong state witness si Napoles.
