Darating ngayong araw ang 10 team na ipinadala ng Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) sa Albay para tumulong sa power restoration.
Ito ay binubuo ng 45 linemen na a-asiste sa Albay Power and Energy Corporation (APEC) sa massive power restoration effort at itatalaga sa District 1.
Una nang nagpadala ng linemen ang 11 electric cooperatives na bahagi ng Federation of Rural Electric Cooperative sa Region 8 (FRECOR 8) kung saan itinalaga sila sa Districts 1 at 3 ng Albay.
