Manila, Philippines – Magiging testigo ng Department of Justice (DOJ) ang ilan sa mga dating opisyal ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) at agents ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na inabswelto ng DOJ panel sa P6.4 billion na shabu shipment mula sa China.
Sa dokumentong isinumite ng DOJ sa Valenzuela City Regional Trial Court, kasama sa mga testigo sa kaso ng drug importation sina: dating Customs Investigation and Intelligence Service Director Neil Anthony Estrella; BOC Intelligence Officers Joel Pinawin at Oliver Valiente, gayundin sina Atty. Aljuhari Mangilan at Norman Balquiedra mula sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
Gagawin ding testigo sina NBI agents and investigator Atty. Marie Catherine Nolasco, Marfil Baso, Joselito Guillen, Darwin Francisco at Edgardo Kawada.
Kukunin din ng DOJ bilang testigo ang caretaker ng Valenzuela warehouse na pinagdalhan ng shabu shipment na si Fidel Anoche Dee at ang kanyang kapatid na si Emily Anoche Dee.
Sila ay pawang kasama sa mga inabswelto ng DOJ sa kasong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
