Manila, Philippines – Magsasampa ng reklamo ang airport screener na na-bully ni ACTS-OFW party-list representative John Bertiz.
Ayon sa Office of Transportation Security (OTS) na sasamahan nila sa Hamilton Abdul sa paghahain niya ng reklamo sa Pasay City Prosecutors Office at sa Kamara.
Nag-ugat ito sa paghablot ng mambabatas sa ID ni Abdul matapos siyang sitahin dahil sa hindi pagsunod sa security protocol papasok ng NAIA.
Posibleng maharap si Bertiz sa paglabag sa Article 151 ng revised penal code o resistance and disobedience to a person in authority.
