Binalasa ni National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Medardo de Lamos ang ilang opisyal sa ahensya.
Ito ay matapos pirmahan niya ang walong special orders hinggil sa pagkakatalaga ng mga naturang opisyal sa ilalim ng NBI Modernization Law.

• Dr. Rommel Papa (Officer-In-Charge, Office of the Assistant Director for Forensic & Scientific Research Service)
• Victor Lorenzo (Officer-In-Charge at the Office of the Assistant Director for Information and Communications Technology Service)
