Gibutyag ni DILG Officer-in-Charge Eduardo Año nga hulaton nila karon ang mamahimong assesment sa DOJ para sa pinal nga pagpasang-at og kasong kriminal ug administratibo batok sa mga opisyal sa NCCC Mall Davao, Survey Sampling International (SSI), Rockfort Construction Company, opisyal sa Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP-Davao), Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) ug City Building Office (CBO).
“We submitted the result of the investigation to the DOJ because they shall assess and validate for the final filing of cases, we are waiting for the DOJ kung kailan nila ilalabas iyong kanilang assessment,” segun ni Año.

“DOJ handles cases all over the country so siguro sa dami ng mga cases na hina-handle nila medyo mabagal ang kanilang proseso. The objective also of this press conference is also to remind the DOJ that you know that we have to answer the clamor of the public, to give justice to the 38 victims,” matud ni Año.
Sa resulta sa imbestigasyon sa Inter Agency-Anti Arson Task Force nigula nga dili functional ang sprinkler systems sa 4th floor diin nahimutang ang SSI, walay pagpahibalo o pagnotify sa maong mall nga ang fire alarm system ug ang sprinkler systems kay out of service, walay self-closing device ang pipila ka mga exit doors, dili usab enclosed ang mga hagdanan ug daghan pang mga bayolasyon.
